Subcontractor integration

A project to enable subcontractor integration in the Facility Management software @ Vattenfall Nordics. The integration allowed subcontractors to:

• Get a list of orders assigned to the subcontractor
• Get order details including attachments, e.g. a list of assets
• Make updates to orders
• Complete tasks

Deliverables:

• Interface design specification
• Open API specification
• Web-service software, integrated in their FM software suite
• Test scripts, FAT and UAT sessions (with every subcontractor)
• Installation and configuration manual

The project started in December 2023 and was finished in July 2024. Three subcontractors are now using this intregration.
